Free motorhome hire.

Here is how it works :-

This offer was suspended in spring 2000 due to the Covid pandemic and the UK exit from the EU which made self collection not possible. It has always been our intention to introduce the service again once legislation permits so watch this space for updates.

How it worked before spring 2020 and may work again :-

We will supply you with a brand new motorhome free of charge based in Tuscany. It`s a one way drive from near Pisa back to Sussex with some of the best sites on the way to stop off and sample for up to 7 nights.

The legal stuff :-

To be eligible you will need to supply :-

Over 28 year old driver with a clean drivers license

Pre authorised deposit on your credit card for £1200 the money does not leave your account unless its needed for any potential damages which are your fault.

Proof of identity and proof of address.

Suggested bring From the UK Sleeping bag £10 Tesco or similar. Pillows. I prefer a Quilt / Pillows and unfitted (unfitted fit do not take fitted sheets)  king size sheets. Use a shrink bag can connect to vacuum to get the pillows and quilt in. Flat Hose pipe coil – Don`t worry if no hose, get a 10 litre new unused petrol tin from fuel station about 8 euros and pour the water in directly from under the seat (often faster) into the water tank or the side using the external water fill cap. Cork screw bottle opener Towel T Bags Sun cream (below 100ml for plane) Pig tail gas pipe if not supplied at factory + spanner although we have an arrangement now where factory fit Italian gas pipe, fill with water and switch the 12v on ready fro your trip. Knife / fork / spoon (if not buying in Italy) cutlery – please do not cut on the worktops. Blu loo bags plastic plates plastic cups.Always good to take food essentials with you in a case.
